Guus Frericks

Guus has 18 years of expertise in international business management in the consumer electronics domain. In 1995, he started his carreer as an industrial manager for Royal Philips Electronics where it held several management positions in fabrication, test and marketing before becoming Vice-president of Philips Semiconductors France. In 2007, he was appointed CEO of Moversa GmbH, a joint venture between NXP and Sony in the field of contactless technology for mobile phones. Guus  is co-founder of the Netherlands based private equity firm Dutch Expansion Capital.

Stephane Mutz

Stephane brings 18 years of experience in the domain of semiconductors and innovation management. He started in 1994 working for Philips Semiconductors in Caen (France) as a system architect for integrated circuits development. He subsequently joined NXP and ST-Ericsson, where he held several management positions during which he has driven teams responsible for innovation management, product definition and architecture for complex digital and radio frequency integrated circuits.

David Lelouvier

David has a background in High Tech Engineering and brings 15 years of international experience in general and operations management. David started his career in 1997 as a Telecommunication Engineer at CS Telecom in Paris. He then joined Royal Philips Electronics where he held several management positions in the area of Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and General Management, before he became Director of Operations and Quality at Philips Semiconductors in Caen (France). In 2008, David was appointed as Chief Operations Officer at Moversa GmbH. In 2010, David founded Birch Caring Ventures GmbH in Austria, a subsidiary of Birch Caring Ventures BV.

Matthieu Mutz

Matthieu has a background in microelectronics and brings his experience in digital integrated circuit design, signal processing and embedded software. Matthieu started his career working for Philips Semiconductors as a software engineer. In 2005, he joined NXP then ST Ericsson where he held various senior engineer positions in the area of digital and radio frequency design.

Alain Vigne

Alain has more than 20 years of experience in the area of radio frequency and has been involved in the development of many integrated circuits in the area of wireless communications. In 1991, he joined Philips Semiconductors in Caen, France as a design engineer. He has held management positionssuch as project leader, group leader and senior design engineer in France and in The Netherlands in the area of radio frequency integrated circuit design. In 2007, Alain joined ST Ericsson in Austin, Texas, as principal engineer.

Lewis Macdonald

Lewis has over 25 years of experience in this electronic domain. He joined Philips Video in Croydon, UK, in 1984 as a development engineer. He has held several senior positions in various areas such as integrated circuit design, product engineering, project management and group management for different companies in France and in the UK. Thanks to his wide breadth of skills and competencies, Lewis brings significant experience in the area of system design, project management and customer support.
